Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies only to physical merchandise (e.g., t-shirts) and digital products (e.g., online courses, templates) purchased from Hungry Bull Corporation Pty Ltd (“Hungry Bull”, “we”, “us”, “our”). It does not apply to our services, which are covered by our separate Service Agreement.
We are committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the requirements of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major problem; and

Compensation for any other loss or damage that is reasonably foreseeable as a result of a major problem.
You are also entitled to a repair or replacement if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major problem.
2. No Change of Mind Refunds
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you simply no longer want the product (including digital products).
3. Digital Products & Online Courses
For digital products and online courses:

All sales are final once the product is accessed, downloaded, or streamed.

Refunds will only be provided where required under the ACL (e.g., if the digital product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and internet access before purchase.
4. Physical Products
For physical products:

If the product has a major problem under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

You must notify us within a reasonable time and provide proof of purchase.

Products must be returned to us for inspection before any refund or replacement is processed.
5. Process for Making a Claim
To request a refund, repair, or replacement under the ACL:

If applicable, return the product to the address we provide (at our cost if required by law).

We will assess your claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our liability is limited to:

Replacement of the product;

Supply of an equivalent product; or
-
Repair of the product.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the ACL.
