Hungry Bull – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies only to physical merchandise (e.g., t-shirts) purchased from Hungry Bull Corporation Pty Ltd (“Hungry Bull”, “we”, “us”, “our”). It does not apply to our services, which are covered by our separate Service Agreement.

We are committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), but we make no additional guarantees or commitments beyond those required by law.

1. Processing and Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However, we make no guarantee regarding specific delivery dates or timeframes. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and other factors outside of our control.

2. No Liability for Shipping Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are determined by the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, or any other events outside our reasonable control.

3. Transfer of Risk and Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the nominated carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. Hungry Bull is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items once they are in the possession of the carrier, except to the extent required by law.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete. Hungry Bull is not liable for items lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. Any re-delivery costs will be at your expense.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, you must notify us within a reasonable time with photographic evidence. In line with the ACL, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. This does not cover damage caused after delivery or due to misuse.

6. International Shipping

For orders shipped outside Australia, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply. Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing in the destination country.
